OMAP3EVM: PM: Update defconfig

This patch updates the omap3_evm_defconfig to
select these options:
  * CONFIG_PM_DEBUG
  * CONFIG_DEBUG_FS
  * CONFIG_OMAP_SMARTREFLEX
