powerpc/fadump: Remove set but not used variable 'elf'

Fix gcc '-Wunused-but-set-variable' warning:

It is introduced by commit ebaeb5ae ("fadump:
Convert firmware-assisted cpu state dump data into elf notes."),
but never used, so remove it.
