staging: sm7xxfb: sm7xx becomes sm7xxfb 



Rename sm7xx driver to sm7xxfb. Fix Kconfig and Makefile to fit the new
change.

Changes are coherent with the rest of stable framebuffer drivers. TODO
updated.
