staging: rtl8188eu: use phydm_reg.h from rtlwifi



Use rtlwifi/phydm/phydm_reg.h instead of odm_reg.h and
remove the now unused odm_reg.h.

All defines from odm_reg.h are defined with the same values
in rtlwifi/phydm/phydm_reg.h.
