staging: rtl8723bs: Remove rtw_btcoex_SetBTCoexist()

Remove function rtw_btcoex_SetBTCoexist as it does nothing except call
hal_btcoex_SetBTCoexist.
Modify call sites accordingly.
Issue found with Coccinelle.
