staging: vt6655: Rename function MACvSetShortRetryLimit

Rename function MACvSetShortRetryLimit to vt6655_mac_set_short_retry_limit
and byRetryLimit to retry_limit to avoid CamelCase which is not accepted
by checkpatch.pl.
