ABI: sysfs-bus-mdio: add alternate What for mdio symbols

Not all sysfs nodes are shown under:
	/sys/bus/mdio_bus/devices/...
They can also be at:
	/sys/class/mdio_bus/.../

So, update the What: entries to allow both.
