staging: comedi: dmm32at: tidy up cmd->scan_begin_{src, arg} validation

This driver only supports a single scan_begin_src, TRIG_TIMER. Tidy up
the (*do_cmdtest) validation of the cmd->scan_begin_{src,arg}.
