MAINTAINERS: mfd: Un-support Maxim and Samsung PMIC drivers

Since few years no one is really paid to support drivers for: Maxim
MUICs/PMICs for Exynos based boards and Samsung PMICs.  Correct the
status to keep them as maintained.
